Had the chicken wing special 10/15/24 - was spectacular. Great old-time bar atmosphere, helpful and attentive waitress. Would definitely go again.

I recently met up with some family for dinner on an early Friday night, and we were able to get in and sit without a reservation. The 5 of us split 3 meals, 2 fish fry's and a chicken sandwich, no issues with the request and everything was piping hot and tasty! The place has obviously been around awhile with lots of pictures and Buffalo themed beer stuff on the walls. The service was great, our server was very nice and accommodating to the mostly elderly group. Comfy spot, happy servers, tasty food - my family and I will be back in the future!

Fish fry 10/10. Would absolutely recommend. Fish was huge, flaky, and breading was perfect. No soggy layer under the breading. German potato salad was delicious (I wish they gave us more though!) not a bad wait even on a Friday. (20 mins)

First time here. Very nice menu. Comfortable dining area. Food was very good. Server was great. Prices were very reasonable IMO. Suicidal wings could have used some more but they were good! Wife really loved the fried bologna sandwich and pub chips. Will be back to explore some other menu options...

Oh boy did I love it here. Old school bar vibe. Lots of excellent beer on tap. Attentive and kind wait staff. Plump perfectly made wings. My burger was underwhelming given how great everything else was. I regret not getting something else for dinner. But I'll be back in a heartbeat especially to try the fish fry.

I had a very tasty Chipotle BBQ chicken sandwich. It came with really great, hot French fries, just the right amount of "crunch", not over or under cooked. With the French fries, I ate only 1/2 of my sandwich while in the restaurant, saving the other 1/2 for the next day. It is still good as a leftover.

Takeout was 3 stars. Ordered takeout on a Friday night. They don't take call aheads for orders, which is understandable knowing how unpredictable business can be - will it be busy?, do we have enough staff?, is there going to be a wait, etc. I called around 5pm and was told it would be about 40 min. It ended up being an hour. My only wish is that the takeout service was run a bit smoother. Perhaps a separate phone line or designated takeout area? Food was 5 stars. We had a double order of fingers. They were kind enough to allow me to split sauces - half plain with mild on the side, half medium. Bonus points for keeping the celery separate from the fingers. They even put the different fingers in separate boxes. We will be back, but probably just stick with eating inside the restaurant.
